The following forms the terms of service for this Website, its associated Materials and Services.
To participate in the Richards Trauma Process, you agree:
01. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Peace Passion Power reserves the right to decline to work with any new clients at its sole discretion.
02. Full Disclosure
You agree to provide true, correct and complete information to Peace Passion Power at all times. This includes information regarding the use of Drugs & Alcohol and any medication you are taking.
03. Drugs & Alcohol
You agree to not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your sessions or homework exercises.
04. FULL RESPONSIBILITY
You understand that hypnotherapy is a unique process useful for improving mental and emotional health. You also understand that for a successful outcome to occur you are required to positively support the process with deliberate, conscious action and decision-making. You acknowledge that a positive outcome is only possible if you engage in The Richards Trauma Process and with the therapist in a positive and proactive way.
05. Process, Timing & Potential Additional Charges
i ) You agree to undertake the minimum of three (3) sessions at the appointment times agreed with the therapist upon your application. Each of the three sessions follows a unique program and it is essential they be completed within the correct timeframes for the total process to be effective.
ii) You agree to complete sessions 1 & 2 within a MAXIMUM 7-day timeframe. If you cancel or cannot attend the second session as scheduled within the 7-day timeframe, you will be required to repeat Session 1 and agree to therefore pay an additional $300 fee exc GST.
iii) You agree to complete the third session within a MAXIMUM of three weeks of the second session.
06. Payment
You agree to make full payment for the three sessions by bank transfer prior to commencement.
07. Refund PolicY
You understand that no refunds are made under any circumstances.
08. Raising Issues
You agree to inform the therapist immediately if at any time you feel uncomfortable, dissatisfied or concerned about the process or your reaction to it.
09. Client Behaviour
You agree to be respectful towards the therapist at all times. Aggression or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the Services.
10. TerminatioN
i) You understand that Peace Passion Power reserves the right to terminate a session or client relationship at its sole discretion at any time. If this occurs, NO REFUNDS will be made for any fees you have already paid.
ii) You understand that you may also terminate a session or the relationship at any time. If this occurs, NO REFUNDS will be made for any fees already paid to Peace Passion Power by the client.
